How We Use Information
When you place an order with 2D, we use the information provided to process the order. We may also send emails or contact you by phone. 2D will also use an outside credit card processing company to bill customers for goods and services. These outside sources may not use your information for their own purposes except to help 2D complete your purchase. These outside companies may contact you in regards to this purchase but not for any other reason, unless permitted by 2D.
Information We Collect
We will use the information you provide such as contact names, phone numbers, e-mail and post office address, and credit card numbers to place an order online or by phone. We will maintain a record of your purchase. We may also acquire information about you from trade marketing sources and credit bureaus to be used for our benefit.
Confidentiality of Provided Data
2D will never allow any customer data to be transferred to an outside parson or company. All customer provided data is deleted in full after completion of any mail process unless requested in writing by the customer to maintain them for our exclusive use.

Prices and products from 2D-Imaging.com are subject to change without notice. The prices and specifications shown within the website are good for that day only and may be changed at any time.
Payment is required in full at the time the order is placed. The only methods of payment accepted are credit cards, checks and Paypal. Orders paid for by check are required to wait until all funds have cleared through 2D banking accounts.
Refusal of Order
2D reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
2D makes every effort to ensure the pricing shown on the website is good for the products described. Typographical errors and technical faults are not the responsibility of 2D and shall not be enforceable.
There are no refunds for any reason. The only exceptions are completely at the discretion of 2D and cannot be obtained through other means.
Once an order is placed, accepted, and paid for through the payment methods described above, it cannot be cancelled. The only exceptions are completely at the discretion of 2D and cannot be obtained through other means. Any possible credits will be provided only by the methods and amounts to be determined by 2D. At minimum, there will be a cancellation fee of $125.00 to be deducted from any funds already provided at the start of an order.
2D at it’s own discretion, will replace or reprint any order that is siginificantly less than commercially accepted standards.
Customer Provided Artwork
Once acceptable art work has been provided to 2D, the customer is completely responsible for all content. 2D is not responsible in any manner and shall be held harmless in all related matters. All artwork provided to 2D is to considered the property of 2D for that specific order only. 2D will not use customer provided artwork for any other use except as allowed in writing by the customer. In addition, the customer will fully defend and hold 2D harmless in any suit or court action brought against 2D by others for alleged damages, costs and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees. Futhermore, all materials and electronic files that 2D creates in producing customer’s mail piece are exclusively the property of 2D. Due to our licensing agreement with our image supplier, we may not transmit editable or high resolution design files that contain images provided from them under any condition. Unless there is a prior agreement in writing, 2D reserves the right to distribute samples of the client’s mail piece and include the client’s mail piece and or images of the mail piece in portion or its entirety in 2D marketing efforts.
All proofs provided from 2D are to be low resolution PDF (good for proofing content and general color but not color specific) and are only provided by email. Once approved, the customer is completely responsible for all content, and has provided complete authorization to continue with printing and all subsequent mailing processes, including postage required.
The production timelines provided by 2D are for general reference only and can change significantly do to order volume, holidays, equipment breakdowns or any other unforeseen occurrence. It is entirely the client’s responsibility to plan time-sensitive mailings far enough in advance to accommodate any delays that may occur. 2D will not give refunds and/or credit as a result of unforeseen delays that affect the project schedule.
